"Beautiful scenery a lovely pind on the grounds to feed the duckds and ducklings. Rooms were very clean the bed is comfortable. Their was a humming noise coming from the fan in the bathroom that took ages to turn off breakfast was £12.50 wasnt the best but it was all you can eat and had plebty of options full english , continental, cereal, fruits warm and cold drinks also included with breakfast was acess to the pool,gym,ducuzi, steam room and sauna .Took a lovely trip out over the humber...

"Awful view. Water from room above coming through bathroom ceiling light. I had to allow staff to come and sort . Offering a complimentary coffee in lounge would have been appreciated. Furniture in very poor cosmetic state. But bed was clean and comfy and hotel quiet . I would return . "

"Comfy bed and cosy interior. Sweet thoughtful touches to make it an easy stay. Well equipped kitchenette. Great for a few nights - we went to a wedding at Burtonfieldshall. We brought lots of food with us for our cooked brekkie , but maybe some bread and butter would have also been a nice touch? But really, it was perfect for what we needed it for. Wifi was probably the only thing that struggled a bit, but quite frankly didnt need it. "

"Started with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff who showed me the room. Room is fine for short stays, it's a little rough around the edges but clean and tidy and certainly good value. Note there is no tea or coffee provided but there is a kettle and shop next door so not a problem. Would recommend it for it's excellent value! "

"Cosy, Clean Motel + Warm and Pleasant Motel Staff. Such an awesome, cosy and quaint motel to stay. The breakfast made to order, warm and delicious was an unexpected treat. The waiting/counter staff were wonderful and friendly. Made our 1 night stay simply great and wish for a B&B experience a great one indeed. Room was huge and bathroom so clean. Water pressure was like a waterfall - another welcomed surprise. Thanks!!"
