"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it. "Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism...

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! "My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of.
