"The room was excellent. There was hardly any signs of wear and everything worked down to the volumes of coffee from the Nespresso machine when choosing espresso or lungo!. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony very pleasant. There was a comfortable chair and side table and enough space in the room. "Die Unterkunft war sauber, verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen gut funktionierenden Kühlschrank und eine Klimanlage. Lediglich der Selbst-Check-in funktioniert nicht so wirklich, da man erwartet wird, aufgrund der noch zu zahlenden Kurtaxe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt (Pins, Klimaanlage ect). Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar, Bus und Metrostation sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar....

"Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits à l'Hôtel Vanoro. Le personnel a été absolument exceptionnel – chaleureux, serviable et toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Leur accueil et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ! Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room did not work efficiently and my husband had to ask the staff To remove the filter before it flowed efficiently and cooled the room so we could get a good nights sleep. That was the only setback - everything else was wonderful. "
