Iglesia Ayazma

Es increíble q estando en un hotel de lujo no te den agua para beber y te la cobren. Pésimo detalle! Además las paredes d ellos cuartos se escuchaba todo de cuarto a cuarto.

The room had an obvious plumbing issue in the bathroom, which caused unpleasant odors. I requested a room change, but the staff refused, even though Expedia showed that other rooms were available. The only solution they offered was to spray an air freshener to temporarily mask the smell, without addressing the actual problem. Additionally, the drinking water had a very high mineral content, leaving noticeable limescale, and only one small bottle of drinking water was provided in the room. A disappointing experience, especially for a four-star hotel.

Hermoso hotel, buenas instalaciones, Personal agradable Pero habitaciones muy básicas Comodidades limitadas
