The property features an outdoor gaming area, outdoor dining for 6, a hot tub, and a fenced-in yard. Enjoy stargazing in the hot tub during any season with the new built-in Gazebo! The main living area upstairs includes an at-home office with a desk, chair, and printer, a full-sized kitchen with a spice rack and plenty of cookware, an air conditioning/heating unit, and a breakfast bar seating for 2 just beside the kitchen. The main floor also has a queen-sized mattress firm adjustable bed, perfect for watching your favorite shows before bed. Downstairs, there's an additional bedroom/studio with a "kitchenette" including a microwave and Keurig, a private bathroom, and a king-sized bed that can be split into two twins. Enjoy a rustic modern cabin experience with your loved one and make the most of everything Idyllwild has to offer!

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with mini split air-conditioning units in each room area.
Guest can have access to the laundry room upon request.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED DUE TO THE HOMEOWNER BEING ALLERGIC. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended). An Electric charging station is available for use: 40 Amp Car Charger Type 2-J1772 9 (Non Tesla)

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001394

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
