Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location wasn't too far from Sauchiehall Street and there was Charing Cross station nearby. The neighbourhood was largely quiet. Staff were friendly. However the toilet flush was extremely loud and the light in the room was too dim. Also the location was uphill from Glasgow Central which will be bothersome for those less physically abled. Lastky, the breakfast (with Novotel) was decent enough but can be a little cold - there are cheaper options nearby which is definitely more value for money. I would stay again as a very good budget friendly hotel.

Had a great 4 night stay at the Torrance Hotel. Very clean room, with kettle, coffee, tea, cookies. Room serviced every day if required. Delicious made to order cooked breakfast and continental buffet included with our stay. Well maintained rooms and beautiful restaurant and bar. Unfortunately on arriving back to the hotel on our last evening after being out the power was out in the hotel. Staff were amazing and assisted us in getting what we needed from our room and set us up in a taxi to go to their sister hotel, the Busby Hotel, in another town 5 miles down the road. We stayed the night there and had great service and similar breakfast the next morning. Got another taxi back to the Torrence hotel. Money was refunded for the taxis. All in all we had a wonderful stay with great service from amazing staff. Will definitely stay there again when back in East Kilbride.

Neat and clean

Room was very dirty,lotsof hair on the bathtub ,dirty pillows.we left our room after 2hours and find other hotel
