Please keep in mind that this basement apartment is in a beautiful remodeled older home. There may be some noise from the completely separated upstairs unit. There are no shared interior spaces, however the exterior spaces like backyard, hot tub and huge bbq/smoker are shared.

This historic home does have central AC and Heating. :) The thermostat is located in the upstairs AirBnB. Please reach out to us if you need help with a temperature adjustment and we would be happy to assist. There are several portable heating devices in the home as well to help with personal heat preferences. Thank you so much!
