Condominium House Pessegueiros Farm in Ibiúna - Heated Pool/Barbecue

A light house with an industrial touch, located in the Sítio dos Pessegueiros Condominium. A great place for a barbecue with family or friends, surrounded by nature. We accommodate up to 8 guests. The pool is heated; it's very pleasant in the summer, but cold in the winter! Pet friendly. There are 4 suites, one on the first floor, the others are on the upper floor. The house is fully fenced in the back garden, so pets cannot escape. The front garden is not fenced. House with Wi-Fi and repeater, offering internet connection both inside and in the garden and pool. The TV is 4K (smart) with Netflix, Disney, Globo Play and other apps. Wi-Fi with repeater, covering the entire house and pool area. Located 90 km from São Paulo. The house is simple, not luxurious. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, gas stove, 42L electric countertop oven, traditional coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, mixer, blender, clay water filter and general utensils. We do not provide tablecloths. In the service area: washing machine, iron, clothesline and some cleaning products. Gourmet area: barbecue grill, wood-burning stove and refrigerator. All rooms are equipped with a pedestal fan; we do not have air conditioning. Beds are made up with 300-thread-count percale sheets, 1 pillow and blanket per guest. Loud music is not allowed at any time; the fine is 2 minimum wages. Quiet hours in the condominium are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
