"We got in kind of late so we didn’t bother to complain but still expected some kind of cleanliness. Most of our lights didn’t work in our room! The towels in the bathroom was dirty literally folded with a stain on it clear as day like that was presentable! The next morning I needed an iron and had to go over and beyond just to find one! The lady at the front desk obviously has too much to do with very little help we waited at the desk for over 15 minutes to ask about an iron! I didn’t even feel...

"This motel is not recommended to family stay especially if you have toddler or child. First the entire environment is dirty (cigarettes butts and trash everywhere) and second, the most concerning or bothering me is the people hanging around there to make me doesn’t feel safe. The bedsheet has dirty spots and hair to make me wonder if they ever washed and changed it. The bathroom is ok but stained as expected. The only good thing pet is free to stay."

"This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend."

"There was only one towel for two queen beds. When we asked the front for me she said they didn’t have any that guests had stole them all. The door to the room was broken and she wouldn’t give us another room. There was old nasty carpet in the room, there was black mold in the bathroom l, and the smoke alarm was completely missing. The wires were there but no smoke alarm. The pool was actually ok, but we had nothing to dry off with. The Colorado Springs health department should shut this...
