Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. "

"This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! "
