The right place if you are looking for a horror story-themed hotel for your vacation. These noises—which we believed were coming from either BATS or RATS—kept going all night, making it impossible to sleep. There was nobody we could reach out to about this during the night. When we talked to the front desk the next morning, they said it was the AC (an AC that only makes these noises at night, apparently). Thank God they waived the resort fee ($40) in exchange for our bad experience. -The rooms are damp, which is understandable given the location. -There was a noticeable plumbing/bathroom smell in the lobby during one of the days of our stay (other guests had also noticed it). -Great location. -Alejandro from the lobby was nice and helpful. (+) On our first night they gave us a room in the first floor, every conversation in the lobby and restaurant were heard in our room until late hours, and they changed the room the next day but things only kept getting worst.

An excellent hotel overall, simple as.
