"Clean room"

"The staff was very welcoming and every interaction was simple and easy. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom is starting to show its age. Breakfast was ok. For an overnight stay, it was good enough."

"Very clean, room was ok but the bed was above a metal base that made too much noise anytime you laid down, got up, or even moved. My room only had a shade, I would’ve preferred curtains due to the fact that people passing by could see through the sides. The receptionist and manager were very kind and helpful."

"I have stayed at many Courtyard hotels but this is the first time I have been disappointed with one of their hotels. It started upon arrival my rprepaid room was assigned to someone else with the same last name but a different first name. "The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. "The place is old. The furniture is old and wore out. Toilet worn out. Not super clean. But the bedding was super clean and comfortable."

The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold.
