"We got locked out of our room and they didn't have maintenance and us being locked out of the room for the night was actually an option for them. they were completely willing to let us be locked out of our room all night. they actually said we're sorry there's nothing we can do there's no name that's here. My first experience it was hotel was terrible and i gave them a second shot and the second time was even worse i probably won't say here again"

"It is showing its age, but amazing for the prize, and the staff is amazing. There are a lit of other hotels nearby, but we are actually considering going back although we really wanted a pool, just for the amazing staff. Trina and her staff at the restaurant is so nice and friendly."

"Need to move 2x-first the aircon malfunction,second is due for renovation the whole floor , we could have been moved earlier rather than later since I’m sure the renovation was pretty sure planned,the inconveniences, was disappointing and stressing ,message the property got no specific reply. The staff are good, tried the breakfast buffet only once it’s just basic. The housekeeping are very good."

"The apartment was very clean and the staff willing and helpful. Breakfast next door. Ayala Malls is walking distance but we took a taxi due to the heat and difficulty crossing busy streets. The only problem was the bathroom although very clean, the water doesn’t drain well in shower. All things considered I’d recommend this anytime."

"Stayed for a week. Great place, really enjoyed the pool area for relaxing and spending time with friends. Staff were professional, curtious and friendly. Restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was outstanding. The foyer Lounge area offered a comfortable place to grab a night cap and gelato ice cream, kid friendly. All in all fantastic experience, highly recommended if you are passing thru Cebu city."
