"Stunning property. Staff very welcoming but simply not enough available to cope with the volume of booked guests. This had a knock on effect at dinner and breakfast with choices available, food quality and wait times. Beautiful room booked, well appointed and clean within the eves of the building, ..."

"Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación ."
