This beautiful accommodation in Hyères is ideal for a relaxing seaside stay. Located in a peaceful residence with a large tree-filled park, it allows you to fully enjoy the calm surroundings while being close to the beaches of La Madrague, L’Almanarre and La Badine. The studio is perfect for a couple, a small family or friends wishing to discover the Giens peninsula and the surrounding area in a relaxing setting.

The mezzanine of the studio features a 160x200 Queen-size bed, perfect for restful nights. The living room can easily be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a 140x200 sofa bed, convenient for accommodating a third guest. Bed linen and towels are available as an option at an additional cost.

The accommodation includes a functional bathroom and an equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender and mixer. You will also have access to a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and a reversible fan. Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected during your stay. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.

The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The mezzanine is accessed via a very steep alternating-tread staircase and has limited ceiling height (1.85 m maximum). The windows require particular care. No safety gates or specific child-safety equipment are installed. The accommodation is therefore unsuitable for babies and young children.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace as well as the residence’s large park, perfect for relaxing, having a picnic or playing pétanque on the dedicated court. A few board games and pétanque balls are also available for you to enjoy.
