Ocean Views From Every Room, Beach 30 Seconds Away!

This 4500 square foot ( See video by going into "Overview") waterfront property has the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The oceanfront view is amazing and you can see the ocean from every room in the house. There is a first floor bedroom with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom . On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, a private deck, so that you may watch the sunset in a full state of relaxation after enjoying a bubble bath in the soaking tub. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and is perfect for the person wanting to watch the sunrise over the water. This bedroom also has a private bath with a jetted tub and shower. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and beautiful sunset views. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the hallway. The third floor views are like no others with a queen sized bed, and four twin beds. There is a full attached bathroom .In addition to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor is a sitting area with a desk and chair. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with a massive window to look at the water views all day. There is an eating area that can seat 14 people and an outside deck to kick back, relax, and enjoy the views. The house features tile and wood floors. The kitchen features a six burner cook top and double ovens for the person that enjoys cooking. A gas grill on the back deck for a great family barbeque. Five and a half baths. There is a fenced in back yard abutting the water. If you have a small boat you can launch it from the private, neighborhood beach 'Little Beach' about 30 yards from the driveway. Bring your Kayak or canoe and enjoy the ocean inlets. Fish or go crabbing from the jetty. Craigville Beach is 1 mile away. The 'Avenues' are known for their great family atmosphere. Three miles from Main street with it's many restaurants and stores. Because this is a neighborhood atmosphere, NO WEDDINGS OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED.

Stayed here in 2023 and found it worked very well for my family of 9 siblings all age 70 or better. We are now sadly down to 8 with the loss of our eldest sister. The house was a wonderful place to gather to celebrate her life and to remember with love those moments when we were last able to spend time with her. As with our last stay the hosts were great and very responsive to all our needs. Also the kitchen renovation done since our last stay opens up the first floor vastly improving the flow of the space for an extended family gathering. The views and now the memories of our gatherings here are truly priceless.

House is incredible!! Rooms were immaculate! Beds comfortable. Our family of 7 and 2 dogs stayed for 5 days. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Views are amazing.Sunsets in the backyard are unbelievable! So peaceful watching the loons, egrets and seagulls while sitting outside or from the large windows.Kitchen had everything you will need. Plenty of room to be together or have some alone time if you desire.Small beach a 2 min walk away. Craigville beach a 5 min drive away. Quiet neighborhood.Plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Donna and Felis are super hosts. There was a nor'easter storm the last 2 days we there. Felis arrived before the storm with extra flashlights and batteries in case the power went out. Thankfully did not happen.We were all sad to leave.

The pictures do not do this house justice. Absolutely stunning. Very clean, everything you could ever need.We had many activities planned but wished we had more time in the home. Every morning we watched flocks of birds come to the inlet. We could sit on deck , yard or in the warm home to watch with our coffee. Beds comfy, and great setup. Will return.

Don’t hesitate

If you can find an open date at this house, grab it! Best property I’ve ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. Centrally located, but you might not want to leave, it’s so gorgeous and peaceful.

Annual Family Gathering

Our three generation family has gathered together in California every Thanksgiving week for decades. This year, since our eldest granddaughter is an ob/gyn resident at Brown, we decided to save her a trip and stay on the Cape. We all loved our stay — watching the tides, cooking together. Some of us taking long walks, and visiting with longtime friends who live in the area. The perfect reunion.

Could Not Have Been More Perfect!

This was an unusual situation in that we were getting together to honor and remember three immediate family members we'd lost over the past four years. Cape Cod has always been a special place to us, Hyannis in particular. So there was a lot of pressure as the location could make or break the experience. In making the arrangements I assumed the description of the property had to be slightly exaggerated but the pictures were beautiful, it was pet friendly, and the reviews were all very positive. The description of the property was not an exaggeration at all. It was perfect. Scenic, beyond comfortable, spacious, and the host was very responsive (although we had no questions because she had thought of everything). Thank you for sharing your home. It made a difficult event very comforting.

Absolutely perfect!

Donna is a great host & helped us out quickly with our questions. The property is beautiful & picture perfect. They have thought of everything, yet very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood & a great view of the Hyannis Country Club and you can see the waters edge from every view in the house. We had five couples in our group and each had their own bathroom. Definitely worth booking.

Family celebration

We had a group of older family members (largely 50+) together to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you could need plus lots of other recreational activities available (several family members enjoyed the kayak/canoe). Short run/walk to beaches and into town. The views of the water from the house were spectacular. The host was incredibly responsive and gracious. The family was talking about coming back as we were leaving. highly recommend.

Perfection in Hyannisport

The home was beautiful with amazing views and sunsets. I have never stayed in such a well stocked home. It was immaculate, comfortable and perfect for 5 couples. We loved it.

Amazing House

Stayed at this house for our annual cape vacation with our family. The house is beautiful and more than met our high expectations. The house is well cared for and well stocked. It offers a nice flow with a flexible floor plan that provides ample room to gather and space for private time. The water views are amazing - better than the pictures. The hosts, Donna and Felis were easy to work with - hands on. We have been doing the cape for 6 years and this was our best experience. We hope to return next year.

We spent the week with family(ages 4-64). Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous house. Amazing views. Plenty of room to spread out. Dining area big enough for 12+ diners. House was equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was we had to leave!

Family Vacation

Our extended family stayed to celebrate my Dad’s 70th and the house was perfect! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the little beach you can walk to is a gem. Recommend going for the Fourth which was a special time to be there for the local parade!
