The house was exactly as described. Communication with Brian, the host, was excellent. The house is within walking distance of the Hyline ferry as well as restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property!!! Pictures dont do it justice. Its an amazing place with tons of personality, great artwork, & awesome wall of windows looking out at the pond. We loved the great room feel where everyone could easily feel a part of whatever was happening. It was a great place to have a family gathering. Super convenient to downtown Hyannis. Will definatley be back again!

Memorable times

Beautiful property inside, and the view to the water with winter and ice was magical! The host was excellent, comfortable beds, showers were great, fun open, modern layout, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. What a find for my “staycation” celebration!

Gorgeous home the place is fantastic, water view from almost every room, furniture stylish yet so comfortable and the fur throws were such a nice touch. House was sparkling clean. Beds were very comfy, plenty of soft towels, pillows extra blankets etc. Gourmet beautiful kitchen, equipped with everything you could ever need. So relaxing watching the swans swim by. Owner very responsive and so welcoming and friendly. We did not want to leave this home. So convenient to the ferry restaurants stores etc…..love the master shower it was so spacious. Honestly it is the best home I have ever rented, I want to live here.

Loved the house. Fabulous views of the water & animals. So nice to sit & relax on the deck. House is very close to the ferries. Host was very attentive. Loved our time in Hyannis!

Great vacation

The house is beautiful. The views are awesome. Bedrooms are nice size, beds very comfortable with updated bathrooms. Brian is very accommodating and always available for any questions or concerns. Location is great, close to ferries and town. Highly recommend this vacation property.

Just as good as shown!

Property was just as it appeared in the pictures. Great location for getting around Cape Cod and property had nice view of lake. Property was well appointed. Communications with Brian were excellent.

Perfect Place in Hyannis

In short - in my book a perfect vacation place on the Cape. The house accommodates comfortably 6-8 people, is very nicely done with a lot of character and very scenic water views. I can only imagine the atmosphere in the summer with all the natural light flooding in. The ferry to Nantucket was easily walkable and main street Hyannis only a short car ride away. We can definitely recommend the property and will consider staying there again.

We had an incredible time! It was so relaxing, enjoyable and beautiful! We loved watching the swans and other birds. Plus, we had a wonderful time getting back to some of our favorite spots on the Cape, while, also, discovering some places we hadn’t been before. Excellent stay close to downtown!

We had an incredible time staying at Brian’s home. We were able to park our 3 vehicles with room to spare, each couple had their own room, and there was enough space to comfortably have a pack and play in the primary bedroom upstairs. There was clear communication from the host. The home was in pristine condition and we were within walking distance of downtown Hyannis! Highly recommend this rental!

Best to stay on the Cape

Property was perfect, the photos don’t do it justice it was stunning and the views over the lake were breathtaking. Brian the host could not have been more helpful. From the moment we arrived he contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay in the house. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay on the cape

September Getaway

Our stay included 3 couples. We stayed in late September. The place it self was very nice and had a well stocked kitchen. It had plenty of towels and was very clean when we arrived. The house had beautiful water views from the house and the location was great and centrally located. We brought bicycles and were able to bike to ferries for a trip over to Nantucket. We found pickleball courts and biking trails nearby. Very nice stay. Would definitely recommend.

A Beautiful Oasis

My husband, daughter, and I very much enjoyed staying in this lovely home. We loved the decor and appreciated how well the house was equipped, particularly the kitchen The house is beautiful and comfortable and the water view so enjoyable. Our communication with the owner was easy. Would absolutely return!!

My Girlfriends & I picked this house for its beauty & it’s Great location to restaurants, the airport & Ferries!! It was a wonderful experience & Brian ( our contact) was extremely easy to get a hold of when we had questions!! I would definitely rent this home again!!

Peaceful stay and close to town

This place was great for our group of eight. Plenty of room for everyone and great amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Amazing views from the kitchen and the decks. Location was centrally located to the beach, shops, and ferries to the islands. Brian was available and communicated well! We would highly recommend!

5 star Property and Service

This property is both beautiful and functional. There are top of the line appliances, modern finishes and anything you may think you need. My party of nine made some large meals. There were always the appropriate dinnerware, serving plate and pots for the job. Brian, the property contact responded to messages immediately. He was a great communicator. I definitely would recommend this property!

Wonderful home, Beautiful location

We rented this home for a mini family reunion. We had 3 adult couples and 3 teens/young adults. The home: What a view! Loved the windows and watching the sunrise over the pond. The large and open kitchen/ living room was great for gathering. We cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Main floor master suite was perfect for my 70+ parents. All 4 bedrooms were quiet and nicely situated with lovely views. We really enjoyed the floorplan and layout of the home. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The location: We visited the cape during "off season" and knew that a larger town like Hyannis would offer more open shops/restaurants and direct access to the Nantucket ferry. The location did not disappoint. Walkable to the ferry, beach and to the Black Cat--a wonderful neighborhood restraunt. A quick drive to Whole Foods Market and larger stores. The Owner/Property manager: Brian was responsive, thoughtful, and accessible by text. He made sure our vacation was enjoyable. We highly recommend this home!

5 star Property and Service

This property is so nice that this is the 3rd time writing my review. Hopefully, the system adds it! First, this property is beautiful. It has been updated very nicely to maximize the visual elements, space and functionality. I stayed here with a party of 9 women ranging in age from twenty-one to sixty. They all had a blast and would love to come back. We spent a few hours a day on the decks and patio chatting about the birds and just having a good time. Second, Brian is amazing! He responded to messages lightening fast and gave assistance when it was needed. Great communicator! Third, we felt the location was good. We were only a short drive (5 to 10 min) from grocery, malls, restaurants, Hy-line cruise dock. Finally, there isn't much to say about this property that isn't high praise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

Perfect Getaway

Everything as pictured! Perfect house for a vacation with a group of friends. The house is exactly what you need for a vacation. Modern, clean, and close to the beach! Also, Brian was the man. Always quickly replied to any questions we had and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommended, I will be back!
