Beautiful Villa Crystalsea 2 with a pool in Hvar

Villa Crystalsea 2 was built in 2021 and is located in a peaceful part of the town of Hvar on the island of the same name, just 30 meters from the sea. Spanning an impressive 500 m2, it is designed for a comfortable stay of up to 10 guests.

The ground floor features a spacious air-conditioned living room of approximately 80 m2, ideal for relaxing while watching your favorite shows, movies, or series on the 65" Smart TV with Apple TV. The living room offers multiple exits to the expansive terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen for preparing culinary delights, a large dining table for 10 people, and a separate WC with outdoor access.

The villa offers five luxuriously furnished air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the upper floor. All rooms feature king-size beds, two of which can be converted into single beds, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, and toiletries. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe with an integrated safe, a seating and workspace, Wi-Fi internet, a 55" Smart TV with an HD satellite system (Astra), and a balcony with stunning direct sea views.

The villa’s basement houses a wellness area with a relaxing sauna and massage table, an air-conditioned fitness room, a WC with a shower, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

On the southern terrace, guests can enjoy a covered outdoor lounge area with a table and chairs for 10 people and a Sonos sound system. The western terrace features a 44 m2 heated infinity pool (11 x 4 m), surrounded by 10 loungers, five parasols, an outdoor shower, and a separate WC. The northern terrace includes an outdoor lounge area with a pergola, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.

Each day of your stay begins with a delicious breakfast at the villa, already included in the price.

Villa Crystalsea 2 also offers three private parking spaces within the courtyard.
