"The (hotel's) kettle for coffee & tea does not fit in any of the power outlets in the room. I assume this is a good way to save up a little on coffee and tea bags... It is definitely on purpose, and so disappointing to see how cheap the management is."

"The hotel room was one of the smallest size for a double bed. And it was not inexpensive! Had really difficult time finding space for two luggages and two people walking around each other was quite challenging. The internet quality on the 4th floor was awful. The staff were generally helpful although they were not quite helpful with respect to internet. The hotel location was excellent with access to public transportation"

"The location is really not optimal; it is over 30 tram ride from the train station and not at all close to sites you would want to see. The rooms are extremely small, with no place to put your luggage. The bathroom was adequate with a decent shower. The breakfast was the worst we have had so far in Europe-the food was barely lukewarm. Checkout was totally self-operated, so if there was any question about your bill, there was no one to assist or to answer questions."
