Zion Village features the largest and most beautiful pool & clubhouse in Southern Utah. In addition to the pool, a pool table, foosball table, lounge areas, a fire pit and full gym can be found at the clubhouse.

This home features an open floor plan for gathering, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 patios, a 2-car garage, a washer a dryer on each level, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a room that doubles as a recreation room and a bedroom. The condo sleeps up to 32 people in 3 master suites, 2 standard bedroom and 2 bunk rooms that sleep up to 10 people each. HBO, Showtime, Starz and Encore are also available through YouTube TV.

The dining room offers plenty of seating with a large table that seats up to 12, a table on the nearby patio that seats 6 and up to 6 seats at the bar in the kitchen. Should you need extra seating, a 6' table and 6 chairs can be found in the garage.

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals for the family, including a toaster, griddle, coffee maker (keurig and complimentary pods), waffle maker, large crock pot, hand mixer, blender, various pots, pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, pizza pans, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowls, muffin tins, cutting boards, various knives, BBQ tools and cooking utensils. The main floor master bedroom (the Ocean room) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser with a mirror, a night stand, a sitting area, and a pack-n-play. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a patio and an ensuite bathroom which features a double vanity and a large shower.

The 2nd main floor bedroom (Queen room) features a queen sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser, 2 night stands and a ceiling fan. The main floor bathroom is right outside this bedroom and has a large shower.

The 1st upstairs master bedroom (Upstairs Master) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser, 2 night stands, a loveseat and a pack-n-play. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a large patio (connected to the recreation room) and an ensuite bathroom which features a double vanity and a large shower.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom (Coral Room) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser with a mirror, 2 night stands, and a sitting area. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom which features a tub/shower.

The 3rd upstairs bedroom (Girl's Bunk room) has 2 full-over-full bunk beds. Each bunk bed also has a twin trundle which allows up to 10 people to sleep in this bunk room. There is also a walk in closet and doll house with dolls and accessories.

The 4th upstairs bedroom (Boy's Bunk room) has 2 full-over-full bunk beds. Each bunk bed also has a twin trundle which allows up to 10 people to sleep in this bunk room. There is also a closet and lego table.

The bunk rooms are connected by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There are 2 separate vanity rooms (1 for each bunk room) with a shared room between them which includes a tub/shower and toilet.

The recreation room includes a bar-height game table with 4 chairs and 2 sofa sleepers that sleep up to 2 people each. There is a ceiling fan, 65" TV the NES and arcade. The patio is between this room and the upstairs master bedroom.
