☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
If you’re coming to Hurricane in a large group, you’ll love the setup of this home. There are six spacious bedrooms, all with high-end furniture. You’ll notice the theme in our Elements II is a combination of the 4 natural elements combined through color scheme and décor.

The master suite has a King size bed, a single bed, and an air mattress. The neutral tones in the décor make the royal blue bed really stand out and make you feel like royalty. This room features a flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom and a patio.

The second bedroom has 1 King bed and a private bathroom. This room boasts vivid purples again with neutral décor to make the bed the shining star, and the large window allows for plenty of natural sunlight.

Bedroom three has 1 King bed with earth tones to make you feel relaxed and grounded. This sunny room features a flat-screen TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Only the shower and toilet are shared but this room has its own sink and vanity.

Bedroom four has 1 king bed, 1 set of triple-level full-size beds and a couple of bean bag chairs, making it perfect for kids. The room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom three and it also has its own sink and vanity.

Bedroom five features a King size bed, 1 set of triple-level full size beds, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV surrounded by fiery reds in the décor. It has a sliding door onto a shared balcony.

Bedroom six also has a King size bed, and a flat-screen TV, and is fit for a King and Queen with gold and purple décor throughout the room to give you that sense of royalty. It boasts an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors that go out to the shared balcony.

There are 5 bathrooms spread throughout both levels of the home, each upgraded with designer fixtures and hotel-quality towels. The full bathroom on the first floor has a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo.

The master bathrooms are an elegant combination of glass, chrome, and natural elements. It boasts a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and lots of storage space. Bedrooms three and four have a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a shared shower and toilet and individual sink and vanity. When you stay here, you will have the entire townhouse to yourself. You have access to all of the rooms and amenities, and there is a two-car garage for private parking. You will be given a key code to access the front door, and you will have access to all of Zion Village’s resort-style amenities.

This home is family-friendly and comes equipped with toys, books, kids' activities, a pack n’ play, a highchair, and games. Families can spend their days playing foosball, basketball, or ping pong. From here you are close to local golf courses and just a short walk from the community’s pool, hot tub, and lazy river! You are also close to local restaurants, breweries, cafes, coffee shops, trendy boutiques, and some of the area’s most popular parks.

Our rental property is in an excellent location just 25 minutes from Zion National Park. Zion is known for its stunning red rock formations and is a sought-after destination for camping and hiking. We're also located within the small town of Hurricane, which was originally settled by pioneers and now has a charming small-town feel with excellent local cafes and shopping. We're also a short drive away from St. George, which is located near the border of Utah and Nevada. Our property's central location makes it one of the perfect vacation rentals St George visitors deserve. It’s truly a perfect paradise.

While our attached townhouses are great for big groups, our separate guest suites ensure that everyone has plenty of privacy. Each suite has its own private bathroom. Each townhouse has a living and dining space, as well as a laundry room and dishwasher. There's also WiFi and Hulu TV to help you stay connected.

Things to Note Before Booking
* Construction Nearby: New townhomes are being built just south of the home. There may be occasional noise during the day.
* Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind, 2 motion-activated cameras are installed—1 facing the garages, and 1 covering the backyard. No cameras are inside the home.
* Heated Pools & Hot Tubs: Pools are heated to 80°F and hot tubs to 102°F year-round (unless otherwise noted).
* Windy Days in Hurricane: Yes, our town is literally named Hurricane. Expect some breezy days—it’s all part of the Southern Utah charm!
* Desert Wildlife & Bugs: We maintain the property carefully, but this is the desert—you might spot critters like ants, flies, lizards, spiders, or even the occasional snake or scorpion outdoors. Indoors, please let us know immediately if you see anything—we’re quick to respond.
* Occasional Glitches: While we strive for perfection, sometimes an appliance, A/C unit, or internet connection may need attention. Just shoot us a message—we’re on it fast.
