Private Entrance & Parking – Enjoy your own private entrance and driveway located on the west side of the home with two designated parking spaces. If additional parking is needed for longer vehicles they can be parked on the street just outside the home.

To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and relaxing experience, the rooftop spa is fully serviced and refreshed between each guest stay.

If you are enjoying a longer visit, we may coordinate a convenient time for our technician to briefly access the rooftop to service the spa if needed. Should the spa require attention during your stay, we are always happy to arrange service to keep everything comfortable for you.

Our home receives routine pest control treatments to help maintain a comfortable environment. However, in desert climates:

While we take every reasonable measure to minimize pests, their presence can sometimes be unavoidable in desert environments. Refunds will not be issued for pest sightings, but if needed we are happy to request an additional pest control visit during your stay.
