  • Private home on over 2 acres with large heated* pool and hot tub. This spacious home is the perfect escape for those who want a relaxing place to return to after enjoying the outdoor recreation around Southern Utah. This home is close to sand dunes, St. George, Zion's (29 miles), Kolob (28 miles), Cedar Breaks (70 miles), and less than 10 miles from Sand Hollow!

    The home is equipped with 5 flat screen TV’s, Fiber wireless internet, game room area with game table, TV room with comfortable sectional, Beautiful pool table room with TV, comfy electric sectional and view of the back yard pool, awesome kitchen and full laundry.

    The Space:

    1st Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 2 3x3 bunk-beds, Private Bathroom, TV, (Sleeps 8)
    2nd Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Private patio (Sleeps 2), TV
    3rd Bedroom: 1 King Bed, (Sleeps 2), TV
    4th Bedroom: 2 3x3 twin bunk-beds (Sleeps 6)
    Common area: 1 Full size Futon
    Shared bathroom upstairs, Double sinks, Shower/tub.

    **Please respect the neighbors with no loud music or activity around the pool/hot tub. All pool activity shuts off at 10:00 pm.
    **Pool and Hot tub are heated year round from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.
    **From the months of November to March the pool can be heated for a fee. **Hot tub is FREE to heat.

    You can rent ATV's in town and drive right to the sand dunes. There are several ATV rental companies in Hurricane.

    All yours to enjoy!!

    You will feel like you are secluded but there are other homes. Please be mindful of other neighbors when it comes to noise.

Peaceful clean home

This was such a quiet clean and peaful place. Had everything we wanted and needed. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, pool, hot tub, and nice comfortable bed. This was a perfect honeymoon place for us.

Summer getaway

Took side by side up to sand hollow stayed here with wife, our kids & another couple & their son. Plenty of room there was 8 of us in total a never felt crowded at all. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Mark is a wonderful host, the house is amazing! Everything was perfect and the communication was spot on. Our family enjoyed spending time in the pool, along with the beautiful mountains surrounding the house. Thank you very much and our family will be back in the future.

Peaceful Getaway Close to Zion

Beautiful house located just outside of Hurricane, so you're close to a lot of amenities, but also in a more secluded area of the town, if you're looking for a little peace and quiet. Pool and hot tub were very nice for relaxation on the property, great views of the mountains from the front and back yards, and you're less than an hour from Zion National Park. Also, you're close enough to a ton of other national and state landmarks (e.g. Bryce Canyon, North Rim of Grand Canyon, etc.), if you want to hit the road and sightsee. Nice place to decompress and/or adventure.

Awesome Paradise

House was everything that was described, it was nice, clean, plenty of beds for big family. It's quite and peaceful, the pool was awesome. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. It was a few minutes to St. George, UT. We went to many attractions, bumper boats, bowling, arcades, go carts, etc. Property was driving distance to Zion, left really early and didn't have a line to enter park.

Sand Hollow stay

Property was excellent for our first trip to Sand Hollow.! We had three sxs that all fit in the garage with plenty of room to spare. Only 1 mile of asphalt to a trailhead. Quiet neighborhood. Home was well stocked, and very clean. Larger than it seamed in pictures. Not a brand new home but perfect for what we needed. Hot tub was a little rough looking but functional. Didn’t like the idea of cameras everywhere outside but understand why. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great Location

Overall the house was great and the owner got in touch with me directly and quickly when I had questions. The pool table was really fun! The house slept a lot of people, but didn’t necessarily have the hangout/kitchen space for as many and it could sleep. We were told that the pool and hot tub would be heated. The pool heater worked and would have been a good temperature if it hadn’t been so cold while we were there. We happened to be there when it was unseasonably cold. Obviously that’s not the owners fault. But, the hot tub heater was broken and would not get warm at all. It was unfortunate because all of the 10-12 kids that we had with us really wanted to swim. If the hot tub had been hot, we could have also used the pool. But with the outdoor temp being so cold, we simply couldn’t swim in the pool without the hot tub being hot. The pool and hot tub combo was one of the reasons that we rented this house so that was a disappointment. One thing that is useful for owners to know is that their pots and pans are unusable. The teflon in almost every pot and pan were so scraped up that we couldn’t even use them. We had to go and buy a new pot and frying pan just to be able to cook. Lastly, the master bedroom has an area with a king size bed, which is great. But it was SO WEIRD that the master bedroom also had two sets of triple bunk beds in it. U can’t tell in the pics and it was WEIRD and uncomfortable to have kids in our room because we needed the bed space.

Had a few question through out the stay. Very quick and helpful responses. My kids and tended family really loved the pool ant hot tub.

The oasis in Utah

This place is heaven in the middle of nowhere. So quiet you could hear angels singing. A warm, beautiful place to enjoy, relax and hear the sound of silence. Turn out the lights and enjoy the stars and the peacefulness that comes upon you as you lay in the pool and just get away. The owner was very accommidating and answered all questions without hesitation. Short drive to Zion national park and a couple of hours to Grand Canyon. Don't pass this one up. If I could give more stars I would. One of my all time favorite places for peace and relaxation.

Convenient home for off-road and lake

The home surely suited our needs. The location is ideal for a large party to enjoy the dunes/OHV in the very near area. The home will comfortably sleep 6 adults & 12 children/teens. The home has a great pool, unfortunately the hot tub was not exactly to par. The neighborhood around the property is definitely upper scale and seemed safe. The driveway is long enough for a large trailer to back in and the garage would suite at least 3 full size sxs with a little bit of rearranging. The house needs a little TLC. It's not perfect. A bit of damage to pool tiles and bricks. Over all a great property to indulge in the areas vast opportunities for OHV/lake/Zion action. I would rent this property again, no questions asked.

Amazing vacation

We loved the house and the location. Pool and hot tub were fantastic for mid day heat, bedrooms were nice as was the pool room and kitchen. The house was close to fantastic activities: snow canyon hikes, Quail Creek reservoir swimming, jet skiing and paddle boarding, pink sand dunes, Peekaboo Canyon & Zion tubing were all easy drives from the house.

We loved our Southern Utah Vacation

This place was exactly the fun spacious place we were looking for. My wife didn’t clean anything the first hour we got there. That is the ultimate compliment. The place was bigger inside than many of the picture made me think it was. It’s a super quiet neighborhood. A wonderful retreat. It was the perfect retreat we were looking for.

Great location for playing in Sand Hollow on atvs! Comfortable house with plenty of room.

Comfortable house with lots of room. The location was awesome for our adventures to Sand Hollow. They do have a crazy neighbor lady that yelled at us at 10:02pm for being outside! We were having a private conversation and she came through the bushes to tell us to go inside or she would call the cops🙄 The house was great for our family vacation!

Awesome place to stay!

We loved this property! So much parking. We were able to park 2 enclosed trailers and another flatbed right on the concrete, even with parking for our vehicles too. The garage is big enough to hold 4 UTVs and a few dirtbikes. The swimming pool was perfect. The pool is huge and can accommodate everyone that wants to swim. Our kids enjoyed the pool almost every minute of the stay. We loved having the two separate living areas. Our teens could be in their own space and the adults and others could watch our own TV. We loved the pool table and even had a tournament. The beds were very comfortable and we had even a few extra beds that never got used. We were able to ride our UTV’s right from the house, which is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again and will look for this house’s availability for our next trip to Hurricane. The floor plan of this house made it so great that we never felt like our large group of 16 was ever on top of each other.

Fun getaway house

Perfect house for larger groups. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of lounge chairs to lay out and chill outside. The two tv rooms were perfect for the teens to watch tv and the adults to watch. We played tons of pool. Really a nice house tucked away. The stars at night were awesome! We will definitely be back.

Zion trip

We stayed for 3 nights. The kids love the swimming pool & the bunk beds. However, the air conditioning in the bedroom downstair has problem. It’s too hot. The room temperature is around 80 degree all the time. The refrigerator from the last draw is not clean. Seemed like some condensed milk or butter were melted out. Overall, we enjoyed the property. Definitely will rent this place again if we coming back Zion national park. Thank you. Vanessa N.
