The Haven -two kitchens, pool, large garage, minutes from the dunes.

Sand Hollow Haven is the ideal home to accommodate a large group which is perfect for a family reunion or weekend spent with friends at Sand Hollow Reservoir or Zion National Park! It is a new home that has 19 beds that sleeps up to 34 people and also has a private 26 ft pool. Along with the pool, the courtyard also has a firepit and outdoor island grill with a mini fridge. There is endless entertainment with a ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, and three retro arcade games.
The Space
The space is divided between a main house and a guest house which gives you two fully stocked kitchens, five master bedrooms, two bunk rooms, seven bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The main home has a total of 11 beds. It consists of three master bedrooms that each have a king size bed. The bunk room has six queen size beds and two twin beds. The main house is connected to the guest house via a breezeway.
The guest house has a total of eight beds. It is over the five-car garage which you will have full access to. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and a bunk room that has four queen size beds and two twin beds. Each bedroom in the main house and guest house has a 55 inch smart TV and the living rooms and courtyard have 75 inch smart TVs. Each bedroom has blackout shades to ensure you can sleep well after a long night of fun.
This house sleeps a large group of people, so we have ensured there are places for everyone to sit during your large get togethers.

The Fun:
There is a 26 ft swimming pool with a basketball hoop for a friendly game of basketball. The firepit offers a place to warm up on those cool desert nights. There is plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful evenings. You will also find a ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 to offer endless nights of fun. You will find out who in your group is king of the classic arcade games by playing Ms. Pac-Man, Asteroids, Centipede, Mortal Kombat and more!

Do you like BBQ? We’ve got you covered with our large outdoor BBQ grill with an outdoor bar and mini fridge.

At the clubhouse there are two community pools with a large hot tub and also two pickleball courts!

Pets? Definitely. We personally love animals and want you to be able to share your adventures with your furry friends.
