Summary:
Epic parks, award-winning golf courses, and the spa treatments behind your trip’s rest and relaxation are all within easy reach of Above It All. The home’s beautiful second story balcony allows you to indulge in Southern Utah’s beauty with expansive desert and mountain views extending to the horizon.

The Space:
Especially attractive at night, this space is equipped for making dinner on the grill, enjoying your meal from comfortable outdoor seating, and ending the night cozied up by the outdoor fireplace as the sunset changes colors across the sky. Other amenities for your recreation include sports courts, fitness center, club house, and indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tubs.

The home’s interior is just as impressive with another stone fireplace to enjoy. This one will keep you warm while watching movies on the smart tv or sharing a meal indoors at the dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other necessary essentials for convenient meals at home. Barstools line the kitchen counter for casual dining and visiting in the kitchen.

Stay at one resort and play at both! Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide this room with beautiful views as well as access onto the home’s balcony.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed and a smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.

The second bathroom in this home has a shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer in unit.

2 underground parking spaces are provided, plus tons of extra outdoor parking stalls.

Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are heated and open year-round.

- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. This home is pet friendly with a two-pet maximum. The pet fee is $35.00 per day (per pet). Please contact Customer Care to have this fee added and avoid fine.

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling Lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2 hour drive.

Easy Access

Located between Tuacan and Zion National Park, and close to Sand Hollow, this was a great place for home base. The property is close to the freeway and has great pools. Our unit was incredibly organized and had lots of pillows for each bed! Separate towels for the pool were an added bonus.

CLEAN: PERFECT LOCATION : BEAUTIFUL FACILITY

We booked for spring break. Weather was absolutely perfect. Fishing was great at Sand Hallow. Pools were fun. Best location, as it is close to the freeway but still quiet and private. Would book again!

Great Spot in Hurricane/St George

House was great. Really comfortable and clean. Not a spot for those that cant do stairs, as there are 3 flights of stairs. Only complaint was the check in process. We got to day of and time of check in, and didn't receive the required liability docs I needed to sign in order to get access, which kept us out of the condo for an extra 20-30 minutes. It wasnt until I reached out that these docs came to light. Would have been much better if I had these a week or even a day prior to check in.

Amazing property

This property was amazing! We loved the layout and appreciated the space. We couldn’t locate our parking stall initially so we think someone was in it when we arrived. We ended up parking outside the first night. I would not say there is tons of outdoor parking either. It made our initial unpacking very difficult to haul everything up to the 3rd floor. The condo itself was very clean. The dishes, on the other hand, were not that clean upon arrival. Not a very good dishwasher maybe. The ice maker in the fridge kept jamming so we were constantly clearing it. I wish we would have done our homework more on the location as it was a 45 minute drive to Zion. The pool was an added perk as the temps were around 115 degrees each day.

Perfect townhouse

This was our first VRBO we’ve stayed at. I will say the house was perfect! The beds comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. Having the pool was a nice perk. We definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful Condo for 4 Sisters on Hiking Trip

The condo was clean and very well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! There was a welcome basket with snacks that was thoughtful and made us feel that they appreciated our business. We were there to hike and the location was great for Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other local hikes we enjoyed. The hiking was amazing and the hot tub was great for sore muscles! The grounds could use some more lighting as it was dark and hard to see when we walked to the pool/hot tub area at night. Be sure to have a flashlight or phone with flashlight if you are on the grounds after dark. We really enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay again!

Nice condo would return

Upon arrival we were so excited and pleased. You walk in and the condo is large and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are nice and everything is up to date. The views from the balcony are great. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials so check before you shop. On our first day we went to the pool which is just one building away. It was nice- but could use a good scrub down. The hot tub was great after long hikes. We then went grocery shopping and returned. At about 11pm we had all showered and went to get in bed and that’s when things changed a bit. Our master bed was never changed. The bed was covered in black hairs that appeared to be body hair or dog hair. The sheets were visibly soiled. I contacted the agency via their 24/7 line- text, voicemail and vrbo message. I didn’t hear back until 11 the next day. Once I spoke to them they were wonderful and had someone come out while we were hiking to change the sheets. When we got back the new sheets had red marks on them which was concerning at first but I later found out it was just accident and was chap stick from the very nice women that changed them. They were extremely apologetic. Becky went above and beyond to help us and was sincerely sorry. After the first night the company was amazing at communicating with me to fix our issues and offered us a refund on the cleaning fee basically. Things sometimes get missed and we understand that. This place is a 5 all day long otherwise. We would return.

Great weekend getaway with kids

Property was clean and very well stocked. Welcome gift basket (and even treats and a toy for our dog) was very thoughtful and welcoming. Loved the amenities and the place was decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay again!
