We just had a great experience in NJ with VRBO and thought this would be similar. From the beginning the communication with the management company was horrible. All questions either weren’t answered or took forever. When they sent the link for early check in (which I asked for a week in advance) I got it the day before. I requested 1 pm and was going to pay for the three hours. (In NJ they let us check in early). I immediately received an email that said, “no early check in or late check out available. So we didn’t go early and killed time. A day into the trip I got another email saying my early check in was approved and then was charged. I’m glad I saved everything for the dispute. Now, about the place. The dishes smelled horrible. There was no cleaning products and we had o buy our own. It wasn’t horrible but a little run down. The shower had no pressure and stains on it. I completely overpaid bc we wanted a nicer place for my kids baseball tournament. This wasn’t it.
