Unwind in Huntsville at this lovely house. This terrific property features 2 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed. You'll find 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, along with a cozy living room with an airbed and couch. Guests can enjoy amenities like 4 kayaks, bikes, AC, WiFi, access to pool, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine during their stay. Enjoy your time in Huntsville at our cool house.

The space
Our guests have the entire space for your own. Our townhouse consists of 2 bed and 2 bathrooms overlooking the green pine hill. The downstairs bedroom has one king bed, working desk, ensuite full bath and his & her vanity. This bedroom has double French door open to the spacious, shady and relaxing backyard with furniture, swing, sink, firepit, charcoal grill and lots of pine trees. The upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunk beds. It also has ensuite full bath and walkin closets. The spacious living room, full size kitchen with dining area are overlooking Lake Livingston. The living room has double French door open to the bug-free patio fully covered by screen door.
All beds featured new medium firm memory foam mattresses with protection, comfortable pillows, bedsheets and duvets.

Guest access
Our guests access the front door with keypad code provided prior arrival. There are two more doors to enter the house, one from the backyard and another from the left side, through the orange iron gate. However these door can not be unlocked from outside.
Our community offers large, unheated swimming pool, kids playground and pavilion area with many picnic tables. The pool access key can be found after entering the house. Guests can also use the golf course, boat ramp and bike trail without a fee.

Other things to note
While we can provide the essentials such as water filter, shampoo, detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, etc, for your convenience, we suggest you to bring the products you are familiar with for your comfort. Also, please bring charcoal if you intend to use the outdoor grill, fire logs if you intend to use the firepit, coffee (we provide coffee maker), water bottles, bug sprays.
