This Industrial design inspired home is in a safe and quiet, centrally located community within minutes to Huntsville Airport, Redstone Arsenal, Space and Rocket Center, Downtown Huntsville, Mid City, Mid Town, Bridge Street's restaurants and shops, and nearly everything else the Tennessee Valley has to offer!

Enjoy an open floor plan, a private yard for relaxing outdoors, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The home is right outside of Redstone Arsenal gate 7 and 5 min drive to Toyota Field and Town Madison upscale shopping and dining and a short walk to Publix and minutes to interstate 565.

Centrally located and thoughtfully equipped, this home is perfect for exploring Huntsville, working remotely, or simply unwinding.

Guest will be provided a personal code to self check in. I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up. Notify host when you plan to arrive and depart.

Occupancy permitted for registered guests only. No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings.

Pets may be accepted on a case by case basis and require pre- approval and a fee. Send a message and we will get back to you. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Heavy cheddars are not allowed. There will be an extra charge to clean hair found on furniture.

For the safety of our guests, home and neighbors, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the home. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Guest who use the grill are responsible for cleaning the grill or pay extra $50 cleaning fee.

Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy our stay. I contacted the host on 1/20 to let her know that my husband is a Baptist pastor and that a member of our church had passed away and her funeral would be Wednesday or Thursday and also that my husband’s aunt was also in the hospital on palliative care and expected to pass at any time so he needed to be with his mother as this is her only living sibling. I asked the host to simply move us to any future W-F time slot that was available so we wouldn’t lose the 700 we paid to rent this property but she was not willing to do anything to help us during this time of need. We had stayed at this property twice already and would have stayed many more times in the future, but we will not book this property again.

We stayed at this rental while visiting family in Huntsville. While it was relatively clean and in a good location, I’m not sure I would stay there again. The beds, pillows, and linens are pretty cheap (as are the bed frames which are literally collapsing under the weight of the beds) and none of us slept well.

Comfortable stay

This townhouse worked out well for our stay in Huntsville. It is very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook. This is a fairly new neighborhood of townhomes. Publix is very close by and a nature preserve with a walking path is also a short drive away.

Great stay. The house was well furnished and clean. The host sent me our access code after payment and we never had any issues entering or leaving the house. Area is quiet and very safe. Down the road you have a shopping center with a grocery store, fast food, restaurants, and gas station. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious

Had plenty of room and the layout was nice. We had issues with the tv programming. The listing has been changed now after talking with host. We didn’t know there would be no access to programming on any of the 4 TVs. No local no cable or Hulu or Netflix without personal account. The listing had stated these which lead us to believe it would be available upon arrival. I’ve never stayed anywhere that could watch even local channels. The trash bin in the garage had garbage which made the entire garage and laundry room stink. Don’t park in garage unless you want that stink. We arrived 11 minutes after check in time. Dryer was still running full of towels and rugs. Front porch chairs dirty. The condo itself is new which made overall nice but I think could use more time on cleaning services.
