I’m never one to make bad reviews, but my experience was horrendous at this hotel! My daughter and I had just come back from a huge 3 day student conference and we were extremely exhausted! We chose this hotel because it was new! Well, I travel overnight at least 3-4 nights month and this overnight stay was, by far, the worst I’ve ever experienced! We didn’t sleep at all! Some kids and adults ran, yelled, screamed, jumped on the floors, jumped off furniture, etc all night long! All night! From the time we got there until we checked out, it never ever stopped! It was as if they were in the same room with us! I’ve never encountered floors in a hotel so severely thin! Never! It was absolutely ridiculous! We were on the 2nd floor and they were on the 3rd floor! At around 1:00am, I almost packed up my daughter and me and left! It was so bad that I started recording the noise on my phone! I sent several of the recordings to my bestfriend and he was dumbfounded at the thinness of the flooring and the loudness of everything! He didn’t believe it was the floor above us! I assured him it was! He was apppalled and speechless! My daughter, eventually, busted in tears because she was so very tired from NO sleep! I told her I knew she was exhausted and I informed her so was I! I apologized to her for choosing the hotel! I will never ever stay in this hotel brand again! Ever! In my very honest opinion, until flooring is COMPLETELY redone, no one should ever be put on the 1st or 2nd floor!
