"We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

"Loved it! Beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful! Valet staff was exceptionally wonderful. Fresh waters in the car when delivered, trash taken out, just exceptional service. Dining was wonderful. Not sure I understand why the restaurant is closed on Mondays, but still a great experience. We will definitely stay again. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The only improvements I would suggest are. 1) the shower head was surprisingly bad - really hard to shower with such little water flow. 2) would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but we survived without it. and 3) there was no obvious place to hang up our hand towel in the bathroom. other than that, great hotel stay. "Very nice place to stay. Except the parking situation. No free parking at the hotel, $18 in the hotel parking lot if you could find a spot. Limited parking on the street plus if you can locate the pay station. Parking lot should be free except when it’s a garage."
