"The room had huge bugs running on the floor. And one ran under the bed. I ran out of room and said to cancel me and give me a refund. The staff worker said to me oh I guess the beetle bugs had returned. The property was horrible. The building had pieces of bricks missing from the outside walls. The people walking around looked like homeless people. And now according to them they can’t refund. Expedia has to and I am still waiting for a response."

"Front desk was very helpful. Location was great. For those with larger vehicles parking garage is not good. The exit ramp is very narrow. I had to actually park on the street due to the narrow turn."

We called the front desk to ask whether there was any video footage of the parking area. We did not expect the hotel to reimburse us or solve the situation, but we simply wanted to know if they could check the recordings to see whether anything had been captured. "I didn't think the hotel presented as it was advertised. I did not safe as a single person traveling alone and immediately changed hotels. The staff was able to refund my second night, which was appreciated. The hotel is old, dated and needs some work."

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"I wasn't thrilled with the fact that what they advertise as items present in the rooms is not what I met. I had nowhere to sit besides the bed even though it shows lounge chairs in the picture options! I paid foe the best room option but it fell short."
