"Booked a handicap accessible room on line and prepaid. Checked in and room was not ADA compliant. Had a short toilet and no grab bars for assistance. Shower was a tub you had to step over and had 1 vertical grab bar, a second soap dish about forehead high was a head knocker. No grab bar to assist stepping out of tub.
