The hotel was very nice. The staff was top notch. The food was a big disappointment. It would have been nice if the pool wasn’t so cold and if they had a couple of activities.

We have NEVER encountered such WARM, friendly staff and their sunny dispositions... ALWAYS ready with a smile and to help their guests in any way possible!! We ate their poolside hearth baked pizzas 3 days in a row!! They were THAT good!!

The room was clean and was a great surprise in a time of need when there were no rooms anymore in San Juan due to the amazing liberation of Venezuela which caused a minor inconvenience to the rest of us for delay in flights. A small price for ridding the good people of the stain of Maduro.
