Hospédese en una magnífica villa frente al mar a solo 20 pasos del impresionante mar Caribe. La casa está ubicada en Villa Palmira, una comunidad privada y cerrada en la playa ubicada entre la Reserva Natural de Punta Santiago al sur y millas de playa al norte.

Con más de 4,000 pies cuadrados de área habitable, esta es la casa más grande y espaciosa en la comunidad cerrada de Villa Palmira. También es una de las casas más cercanas a la playa. Disfrute de las vistas de la playa y el océano desde el porche delantero, la sala de estar delantera, el patio trasero y la espaciosa terraza del segundo piso. Pocas casas en la comunidad ofrecen vistas a la playa y al océano. La casa mediterránea de dos pisos está completamente amueblada y con aire acondicionado, cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y 3 ½ baños. Las habitaciones duermen cómodamente 10 personas en cuatro camas queen-size y una cama king-size. Una cuna portátil, silla alta y dos colchones de aire de tamaño completo también están disponibles. Un jardín frondoso y exuberantemente ajardinado te espera con una piscina privada, una ducha al aire libre, cenas para seis personas bajo la glorieta, una mesa en el patio para cuatro y parrilla de gas. La cocina y el comedor estaban hechos para el entretenimiento. El diseño abierto tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente entre la mesa del comedor y la mesa del desayuno, con mucho espacio para más. La casa tiene varias áreas de descanso en todas partes: dos salas de estar en el primer piso y dos áreas de descanso arriba. Una espaciosa terraza en el segundo piso tiene vista a la playa y al océano, perfecta para ver el amanecer con una taza de café o la puesta del sol con una copa de vino. Los alojamientos incluyen TV de pantalla plana, televisión por cable, lavadora / secadora y Wi-Fi en toda la casa.

Can't say enough positive about this wonderful home. Everything is exactly as shown. Traveled with my husband, 2 of our adult children and their spouses. Comfortable living room and beds. Well equipped kitchen where we prepared almostall our meals with a large dining area. We used the pool area every day which is its own tropical paradise. There is a gas grill there that works well with a table and chairs in the shade. Walking out the front door to the left you are in a beautiful ocean front park. The beach was great! And we had it all to ourselves almost the entire stay. Our kids found live sand dollars and star fish which was so cool! There are lots of hiking trails close to the house and a WWII bunker which was very interesting.We were within less than an hours driving distance of our other adventures. We spent a day exploring Old San Juan, took a ferry to Calebra Island and Flamenco beach, took a day private boat tour to other islands to snorkle with sea turtles and visit a sand bar where they filmed scene for Pirates of the Carribean. We also spent a day at El Yungue Rain Forest to see some beautiful water falls.Great communication from Arturo made this trip a 10 out of 10. Absolute perfection! all our meals with a large dining area

Arturo’s house has a great set up for groups made up of couples and families where everyone prefers to have their own space. It is just as advertised and pictured. I was there last week with my husband, 2 sons and their wives and 2 grandsons and everyone had more than enough room. The pool and outdoor covered area with seating was the highlight for us, and we spent many hours there after our daytime excursions and beach/snorkel trips.I have booked through VRBO many times, and have never encountered a more responsive host than Arturo. He was always available to answer questions and deal with minor issues immediately. (and no, I have no other association with him). Every email, text message and phone call to him over the course of the booking and the stay was answered quickly and efficiently and respectfully. If you’re thinking of booking, just do it and rest comfortably!

I’m not sure I can find all the right words to describe our holiday stay at Punta Santiago. Our family has been planning this trip for two years and poured over twenty Puerto Rican beach homes before selecting this one. We have no regrets. The host Arturo is responsive and knowledgeable. He has thought of every aspect of your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the backyard is my zen place. Arturo. You are a the best host! Gracias por tu tiempo y ayuda. DBS

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Arturo was wonderful to work with and has made his home feel like our home. The home is well maintained and has everything you could ever need for an unforgettable experience. The location is a slice of heaven on earth. Check in was smooth and everything was as planned. Arturo even checked in with us to make sure everything was good. I can’t say enough positive things about our entire experience. We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of 10 - great sleeping arrangements with a king and 4 queen beds. We loved the proximity to the beach - a very short walk down the sidewalk and through beautiful coconut trees. Could see the ocean from the balcony! It also came with a tent for the beach which was great for those who got sun burned :) We loved sitting by the pool outside each evening and visiting the excellent restaurants just outside the gated community. We knew this going in, but be aware that this is located about 40-60 min. Away from the luquillo and Fajardo area where many of the popular excursions are located (rainforest, zip lining, bio bay, fishing, etc.) it wasn’t an issue, just be prepared to drive. And the driving was a bit hairy if you’re not from a big city! I can’t speak highly enough of the host, Arturo. He provided great recommendations and was incredibly responsive when we had a coupe of questions! Overall, we really enjoyed this trip to Puerto Rico and staying at this property. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, roomy,and close to the beach. There was enough for 8 adults 1 teen and 1 infant. The accommodation was excellent. There was a crib high chair and pack and play for the baby. The location was good for grocery stores and local eateries. Big main attraction were a distance away. Which was fine for our needs

WOW....WOW....WOW!! What a Beautiful & Amazing property! It delivered everything promised and so much more! Arturo the host was absolutely awesome in his communications, detail instructions, and overall services! The pool & the beach access was incredible. We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, with amazing artwork throughout that really gave it a unique, welcoming feel. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, which provided endless fun and relaxation. The host was incredibly cordial and responsive, ensuring that everything we needed was taken care of. We loved it. Owner was having roof work done so the living room had a leak but we found a bucket and it didnt bother us. Really interesting artwork, and interesting cut out and steps as you walk in. The cutout is probably supposed to be a picture frame for artwork and the staircase, but it does pose a trip hazard and wouldnt be suitable for wheelchair access (although the side gate might work), had a view of beach from upstairs. 4 bedroom 2 with ensuite, the other 2 really shared a hall bath but there is a 4th toilet off kitchen which is great. Mostly gated community with beachfront access and short walk to beautiful national park as well as 3 restaurants (one of which gave my hubby food poisoning poor guy). 35 min to great beaches to the north and the ferry to the islands, a little over 2 hours around the southern coast to an amazing bioluminescence bay you could swim in as well as the second largest city, which has some cool spots. Drive from airport ranges from 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on traffic. Well worth being out of San Jose a bit. Well equipped kitchen with lots of options, beds were fine. All in all we loved it and would definitely go back. Everyone enjoyed our time and didn't want to leave the house! The outdoor area as well as the little kitten who kept visiting really made it perfect.

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Oasis. The home was as described and Arturo was very responsive. House kept very cool. Access to the grill was nice, especially in the absence of an oven. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was also lovely.

We brought a large group to Humacao for a Mission Trip and we rented several homes! This home was amazing! We had so much space and everything that we needed was there! I had to reach out to the property owner because we could not figure one of the air units out and he was super helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Group of 8 (4 couples) on our annual couples trip. House was clean, very roomy, and well stocked. Besides the cable going out temporarily, the BIGGEST issue was the fourth bedroom NOT having a door. It looked as if beds were added to an open space. So not much privacy for one of the couples. The fourth bathroom is off the garage, near washers and dryers, as well. That was no big deal. The pool area was awesome! We appreciated the host sending all the suggestions for things to do. It was VERY helpful. Thanks for a great stay Arturo!

We had a wonderful stay at Caribbean Oasis! The home is just as pictured, very spacious, easily accommodating our family of 9 adults very comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped (the second refrigerator in the garage was very useful), there are several comfortable seating areas, the large bedrooms have super comfortable beds, the A/C kept the entire house nice and cool, we loved the pool, and the patio area with an awesome grill was great. The second floor balcony with huge dining table was perfect for family dinners and the beautiful view of the beach was the perfect setting. Arturo is a great host, he was always quickly responsive to my emails/texts when we had questions prior to our stay, and he provided detailed information about the easy check-in process and gave numerous suggestions of local places to eat and things to do in the area. The beach is literally just a few steps from the front door, we felt like we had our own private beach each day; the nature reserve is at the end of the beach so the whole setting is absolutely beautiful, especially with the morning sunrises. Others have commented about the seaweed but it had no impact on our enjoyment of the beach and the waves. Arturo provides several beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc. so everything you need is provided in this home. We easily ventured to Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, Fajardo (Icacos), and Ceiba (ferry to Vieques). Highly recommend this home!! Thank you, Arturo!

We were here for a family wedding. Not sure we would have ever come to PR but for the wedding; now I am frustrated I had never come to PR before. If you want to enjoy a stay in PR, stay here! The private pool, the virtually private beach steps away, the huge spacious home, the gorgeous view from the second floor terrazzo, the multiple AC units, the over-the-top accommodating owner, the authentic Puerto Rican restaurants in Punta Santiago and Nagaubo (try El Makito; you won’t regret it!), being sung to sleep by the Coqui frogs, the nearby nature preserve and rain forests, and most especially, the abundance of beach supplies ( don’t bring anything; if you have ever thought of needing something at the beach or pool, it is in the garage.) We VRBO a lot; this place surpasses ALL others.

The house and property are wonderful. Spaces for all of our family to be together and to be "on our own" + a kitchen that has lots of dishes and supplies. We were together for 10 days. The POOL was our favorite place to laugh and play and stay cool in the high temperatures and all the humidity. We loved exploring the beaches around the coastline. Some of us enjoyed a rain forest adventure! Others wandered the coastline in both directions. (It was exceptionally hot and humid during our stay.) We all went to Old San Juan for a day. We ate in various places. And having grocery stores so close was a big help. The beach close to the house happened to be full of seaweed at this time, but there are many beaches not far from the town. We loved our stay!

The house was amazing! Our group of 12 never had a problem with the amount of space this house offers! Our vacation was amazing and having the pool in the evenings to cool off was perfect! Communication with Arturo was effortless! One thing we learned is that no one in PR works on Monday and Tuesday, and if there isn't a cruise ship in San Juan port, nothing is open that day. Our favorite trip was El Yunque Rainforest. Olas, the restaurant closest to the house, has amazing food and service! The only concern of mine about the house is when it rains, the stairs in the front of the house got very slippery and also when people are swimming the area around the pool and patio become very slippery. 5 out of 12 people in our party fell!

Spacious, comfortable and beachside. Our young children enjoyed the backyard pool and it's small waterfall. The Children's Museum in Old San Juan was a hit. Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad.
