Room was ok .. shower great .. bed comfy 10 mins walk into York central.. parking costs ok but not sure it should be an additional cost for the booking.. air con is only portable on ground floor so needed ventilation hose out of the window which is not very secure on ground floor on roadside! Staff done their best but needs a few upgrades and booking should identify that before reservation

Slightly ‘quirky’ in a delightful way. Very friendly welcoming staff, lively pub with great atmosphere, good choices for breakfast and dinner. Altogether a great stay!

This hotel was perfectly located just walking distance from York city center. We very much appreciated the very friendly staff, spacious room snd convenient parking.
The hotel room was clean, spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable.
Breakfast was just fine.
