We just love the interior design and open-plan living of this beautiful barn conversion. It is perfect for a large family or group of friends to come together and celebrate.. 2 steps to entrance.

The Warren is the largest of three beautiful barn conversions at Fieldhouse Farm, Skirlaugh, East Yorkshire. Set in an enviable position at the edge of the village and surrounded by open countryside, this rural idyll is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to celebrate time together. There is also easy access to the coast and the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds.
The barn conversion provides a classy yet industrial feel, with exposed brickwork and painted steel beams on display. The large open-plan living area is flooded with natural light from the vaulted ceilings, a large picture window and aluminium sliding doors that lead out the rear private courtyard. The kitchen sits to one side and provides a host of modern appliances ideal for catering to the whole group. The breakfast bar is just perfect for a quick coffee and chat before heading out, or why not sit and enjoy a glass or two of wine whilst watching the chef in the group prepare a delicious evening meal? The dining table sits in front of a large picture window and provides plenty of seating for eight. Huge sofas surround the wood burner and offer a comfortable spot for an evening in. A Smart TV and a selection of board games will provide your evening’s entertainment. For those less abled, this holiday home offers a ground-floor bedroom with double bed, and a ground-floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This holiday home offers a glass balustrade and towering feature wall leading up to the first floor. Here you will find three further bedrooms, a single, master room with a kingsize bed and a single bed, and a twin room. All three rooms are beautifully presented with luxury soft furnishings, Smart TVs and alll with blackout blinds. A short walk into the village and you’ll find a well-stocked store and popular pub serving real ales and delicious home-cooked food. There are 4 pubs within a 3 miles radius offering great food and atmosphere. The city of Hull is easily accessible and is home to several free museums, art galleries, and The Deep aquarium. For a little culture, enjoy an evening in one of the two theatres or dance the night away in one of the many clubs.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, this area is packed with opportunities from the Spurn Point National Nature Reserve to RSPB Bempton Cliffs. The East Riding and The Yorkshire Wolds offer miles of walking and cycling opportunities, and there is also a great golf course close by. Withernsea, Tunstall, and Hornsea beaches are close at hand as are the stately homes of Burton Constable and Burton Agnes. With racecourses at both Beverley and York, you are guaranteed an exciting holiday here. Lakes nearby for water activities.
