"飯店從服務人員、餐飲到房間整體都很棒 但首先房內的電視可以使用手機Cast內容上去，但除了cast以外連手機cast youtube都是時間到了就會跳到軟體收費的頁面，有點傻眼。 另外，就是房間冷氣不足，首天入住就有點濕黴味，然後可能是房間有些毛毛的毛毯跟抱枕，也讓容易鼻子過敏的我一直打噴嚏。 但飯店整體我覺得在新竹是很不錯的選擇，下次也會入住。"
