"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant."

"Location is great, and price is exceptional for Long Island in general. The place is quirky, but getting better. Not the Ritz. Office runs almost a bodega loke market of basic supplies, food, drinks and snacks. Great budget way to visit Bayville."

"I had higher expectations for this hotel based on the brand name, reviews and pricing. The staff was pleasant enough and generally helpful, but the overall experience fell short. The room had several design and maintenance issues. The shower only had a half-glass door, which made it difficult to keep water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. There were also no towel racks or convenient places to hang towels, which was surprisingly inconvenient. In addition, the TV did not function properly...
