"Although a little tired and dated the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is what makes the hotel, friendly and professional. Helpful and welcoming and only too happy to give information with a special mention to Diana in the restaurant. The location was great, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again."

"Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!"

"Would appreciate a water bottle in the room"

"We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet."

"Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again."

"Another good stay! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located for the town and all its restaurants etc…."

"Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in."

"avoid this hotel DIRTY&UNSAFE is an understatement"

"Lovely property with great rooms. The bar and restaurant are excellent as well. Good location and good parking facility Hope to be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so welcoming and helpful from arrangements for our arrival and right throughout our stay."

"The hotel was in a lovely old building, our room was clean, tidy & a good size. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our dinner last night and breakfast was very good. We'd recommend it."

"Very nice stay. Dissapointed that Uber is mot reliable in this village and we waited 45 mins. However tge receptionist was very helpful and got us a local taxi."

"Generally a good stay , the only disappointment was on both mornings we had breakfast its was cold , we have seen this was reported before we stayed and it seems nothing has been done ."

"Beautiful room and huge bathroom We stayed in St Julien room"

"Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Best room is adequate but as the name suggests, very small. Spa is smaller than it looks in photos."

"Good hotel"
