🏢 Ideally located in the Quartier des Jeux and Rif Nel at the foot of the slopes and close to the shops, this spacious flat + cabin of 31 m² , on the 1st floor, consists of:
- an entrance with a cabin;
- a living room;
- an open kitchen fully equipped;
- a bathroom with bathtub;
- an independent WC;
- a south-facing balcony.

You have a ski locker on level -1, N°16

🛌 The flat has a sleeping area :
- in the cabin area: a double bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs.
- In the living room: a sofa bed for 2 people.

The accommodation is equipped with shutters, for a quiet night in the dark!

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as a television, kitchen equipment (hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc...), storage, bed linen and towels for 5 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 The Romans ski lift is a 2-minute walk from Apartment Kandahar (le), while the Marmottes I ski lift awaits you 400 metres away. The nearest airport, Meribel, is 53 km away. The Bergers shopping centre is nearby. The ESF is 90m away

🚗 Parking is easy at the foot of the Residence or on the Avenue du Rif Nel.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
