In addition, this cozy and inviting room features a flat-screen TV, a Wi-Fi-enabled radio for entertainment, as well as various board games, books, and toys for children. <br>The spacious kitchen not only offers plenty of room for cooking but also comes equipped with numerous amenities that make preparing meals a breeze, even while on vacation. With an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and other useful small appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. <br>The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer. <br>The bedroom, featuring a double bed (140x200 cm), is located on the first floor under the roof and ensures guests enjoy a restful night’s sleep. <br><br>There are several parking spaces in the courtyard, and an adjacent large garden is available for a relaxing end to the day.<br>
