"This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value."

"I read so many reviews that exaggerated cleanliness and I thought maybe they were purchased, but no, this was the CLEANEST room I've stayed in. No exaggeration, this place is spotless. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable thanks to the state of the room. The layout was spacious and open, there is a private balcony that leads to the fire escape, and the AC worked wonderfully.

"We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. "New hotel. Excellent location! Corner room was beautiful with three balconies, quite large, had a great view of the famous bridge and the river.
Staffs were very kind, accommodating and helpful with tours information. Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast buffet has decent food selections and good Vietnamese coffee. Lobby bar was very roomy and comfortable."

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. "staff here are truly so incredible and the property is in a great quiet area, it’s down a smaller road so cars can’t get down but it’s only a 30 second walk from the street so really no big deal. Super nice local area where we felt so welcome and was nice and close to the imperial citadel and lots of great restaurants and we felt really safe and at home in this area. staff were incredibly helpful for helping us book our next bus and also explain the ticket situation for the citadel!"
