"Nice spacious suites for traveling with kids. Loved that the hotel had coffee/ tea always available, very nice breakfast included and we loved the pool. Our room had a slightly odd smell during our 4 night stay - maybe a pet had stayed directly before us? Beds were comfortable, pillows very soft but the bedding felt a bit cheap. We had room cleaned once during our stay and was only so-so, the pullout bed wasn't made, sheets were left all bunched up. Overall would stay again when in the area,...

"Bathroom smelled when AC was on (may have been something in AC doct work) get better over time. The shower facet handle all the way to the hot was cold (after playing around i found middle position was full hot). A third of the days they suspended room cleaning. Breakfast tended to run put of items like yogurt. Some stay was very nice others seemed disinterested. Ok place but under typical HDE standards."

"From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield in Wilkes-Barre was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and competent. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. Our room and bathroom were clean and featured generous amenities. This is our new 'go to' hotel in the area!"

"The staff is amazing. I wish i remembered the girls name at the front desk to shout her out. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't see what was offered for breakfast but it looks like it's enough to hold you over for a little while. There is also 24 hour coffee, next-door, and across the street is a gas station with a little store and there are some restaurants around.I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!"
