Relax and enjoy this carefree and fun vacation headquarters. The retro style decorating has a fun, lively feel to it, with bright colors, wild designs, and an overall sense of flair. Think cool fabrics and bold textures and you`ll immediately get a sense of this homes bold approach. It has the personality... and style to pull it off. This home has a dock situated at the back of a cove with large party deck. Lots of room for sun bathing and a shaded area if you need a break from the rays.

The adventure begins when you walk through the doors and see the fantastic lake view open in front of you. The first floor has a generous living area with mirrored wall that draws your attention to the wet bar. Have a drink! It`s 5 o`clock somewhere! Veg on the elongated sofa with puzzle-piece ottoman while enjoying the scene. The formal dining room has an eccentric glass table with mirrored ceiling and chandelier. Comfortable seating for 8. The kitchen has 4 shiny red barstool seats for diner-style kitchen entertaining. Glossy white cabinets, lots of shiny chrome counter edging, and stainless-steel appliances are a classic dish. All the modern conveniences are there including double oven and warming drawer.

Reflections is decorated as a rad five-bedroom 3 bathroom pad with lots of character. On the first floor you will find 2 Queen Rooms that share a bath with a cool checkered pattern and geometrical design.

On the lower level there is a wicked sweet bar and lounge area with tons of room. A righteous video gaming area for all to enjoy with a room just off it with 4 Twins for the younger dudes to chillax. There is another waterside King room on the lower level and a shared bath.

The upstairs has the master suite. Large King Room with fantastic water view as well as a bathroom that is epic! Trust me, all your guests will want to check it out. Get rid of any inhibitions you have and be ready to go all out this vacation!

Notice: Outdoor security cameras are in use on the grounds for the safety and security of our guests and property. Cameras are positioned only in exterior areas (e.g., driveway, entrances, dock) and do not monitor any private or indoor spaces.
House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.

House had everything we needed and then some. The interior design was bold and fun. The dock was great to swim from and even included a rope swing into the water. There was plenty of room at the dock for our rental ski boat. A good protected area for skiing was just outside the cove. We would love to stay there again.
