This private 1-acre lakefront retreat boasts gorgeous, wide water views and spectacular sunsets of Smith Mountain Lake, VA! Sit in one of the 4 outdoor living spaces and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake with mountains in the distance!

Charming A-frame home has stunning water views from all 3 levels of living! Large deck with plenty of seating on main level, a balcony on top level off master bedroom, and a screened-in porch on the bottom level, also with plenty of seating.

This home has a fully, updated and equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The main level living room/kitchen area are great for relaxing and entertaining with everything you need, all while admiring views of the beautiful lake.

This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a finished lower level family room complete with a sofa bed, a laundry room and full bathroom.

Spacious lakeside deck includes gas grill and seating for ALL guests! Large screened porch on the patio level is great for relaxing while enjoying the amazing sunsets and did we mention the swing?

The Dock w/party deck has boat tie-up, electricity and lights. It’s PERFECT for paddleboarding, floats and kayaks. It provides easy and safe water access for swimming and jumping off the diving board or sliding down the water slide! There is a Canoe and 2 kayaks available for use, plenty of life-jackets and chairs.

Conveniently located near Channel Marker R8 where the Roanoke and Blackwater Rivers converge. Renting or launching your boat is fast and easy at the Parkway Marina that is within walking distance! Smith Mountain Lake State Park is just 3 miles away.

NEW Linens are provided including bath/hand towels and bedsheets and blankets.

Our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is so comfortable and clean. We love the back deck and the view is amazing. The diving board and slide are so much fun :) Great swimming and caught a few fish. Thanks Amy!

The perfect getaway for teenagers and families!

We loved the layout of the house! The finished basement and Pacman machine were awesome. We spent most of our time down at the dock. The diving board, kayaks and slide were a hit! Kids have requested we come back to this house! :)

Great dock!

Loved the location of this house. Quiet cove allowed lots of dives from the diving board and slides into the lake. The kayaks and tubes were also lots of fun. The dock had great seating to watch the lake and sunsets.

Beautiful Property!

Very clean and well organized home. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck areas and the dock. It was in the mid-90's for most of our stay so we appreciated the excellent A/C system and the deep water at the dock for swimming. Thank you!

This place has it all

Privacy, cleanliness, boat lift, Ms. Pac Man, Galaxian and a 12' professional grade diving board into 20' of lake water. Our family of 5 (ages 12 - 56) had a great time here and would happily book it again. Thank you very much.

Great house, property and dock

We enjoyed the house and especially the dock. The kids loved the diving board and slide. It was great having all the kayaks and canoe. The fire pit was also great. We will certainly be back.

The Relaxing Lake Stay Everyone Needs

A well kept house in a perfect location on SML. House had everything we needed and allowed for a perfect family get away. Only problem was those striped bass who teased us from the dock but never took the bait!
