Fue necesario esperar como 45`, llamar a Hotels.com, que ellos llamaran al hotel e insistieran para que me dejaran hacer el check in. Muy mal comienzo."

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From the GM, people at the reception, the spa ladies, to the people at the restaurant, security, everyone was wonderful!
