I had a poor experience at the fresh inn. At arrival during check in the hotel manager pointed out we had an extra guest which is 3 in 1 room. I said yes but I booked and paid for 3 bit the team still said they are not aware and room is not ready for 3 and I have to pay extra to add a bed. I said whatever do ehat you have to do I booked for 3 and I will check myexpedia receipt.
At check out they asked me to pay extra so I show them my receipt and they apologize but the room was not proper for 3
Breakfast was OK just good enough, bed was comfortable enough,
internet wifi was terrible and unacceptable this was the deal breaker that I will never stay here or recommend this hotel 5o anyone. Couldn't get wifi to save my life very patchy on and off in a small room.
Water pressure on sink was poor couldn't wash my face
AC was still manual dial turn couldn't get it right
The deal breaker is the wifi you will not have internet access without a Thai data, I never review after 50 stays in other hotels around the world but this one got me good with trying to charge extra guest fee when I already paid and room is not ready for 3 when you advertise and I booked a room that sleeps 3, they had 3 days to check Expedia but nobody bothered and insist I still need to pay extra guest fee at checkout when all they had to do was call Expedia or check the receipt which they overlooked or whatever it's not the customer fault, its between the hotel and Expedia to handle that funding issue if any
