"Airport is located out the front door. Staff is amazingly helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurant has wonderful food selections and breakfast is out of this world!!"

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. "The room was clean, a little tight for 10 days , but most are. Staff was great. Breakfast everyday included was fantastic. There was a nice bar. Best feature was that it is in old town . You were only minutes to the town square and the Charles Bridge. We loved it"

"Perfect location for myself who was visiting Prague for 3 nights as someone that wanted a peaceful stay but close to old town. Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. "Nice location, 5 minutes walk to a shopping centre and subway."

"The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

"While we were only at the Art Deco Imperial one night before we flew home, it was a treat. Quick checkin, they arranged a taxi for our early flight the next morning and the bell hop offered to take the bags up to the room. "Muy bien situado y cumplió mis expectativas"

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten die etwas höhere Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Neben den besseren Zimmern zum Hinterhof war Nachmittags auch ein Snack enthalten. Das war super. Kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr haben den Besuch deutlich vereinfacht. Negativ waren die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Die Parkplätze waren eng, nur wenige vorhanden und extrem teuer mit 35 Euro die Nacht."

"Dated hotel. In the center of old town is a plus. It is hard to find hotel using Google Maps. Taxi and uber does not Drive up to the hotels All in all It’s ok. Nothing special . Adequate service. Beads and pillows substandard. Very basic breakfast . They do try and sneak in a tip on checkout bill."
