"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"The room was clean and the beds made well. Really nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The pool is great! The breakfast is good and a welcome meal. I will definetely book again on my next trip to Michigan"

"The pool area is nice and fun. Good gathering spaces. The rooms were disgusting!! I had to clean the entire room myself! The young women working in the restaurant/coffee area was incredibly RUDE! Our orders were always wrong and it took 30-40min to get our food! The wind was bad by the pool area while we sat out there and umbrella came out of the table and it hit me, the staff that was out there knew about the incident and didn’t care at all. They didn’t even apologize or say anything."

"Upon arrival the front desk staff was prompt, professional and helpful. Very easy check in process. Got to my room and the musty smell while I opened the door was quite strong. Smells like carpet that needs a desperate cleaning. The room was clean, other than stains and wear marks on the chair and ottoman(so bad I wouldn’t even set anything on it). "Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room overall was not clean, nor were the towels originally when we arrived. Big light brown spot on a couple of them. Found bug guts smeared on the wall. Several other minor spots where things just weren't clean. Parking was fine, breakfast was simple but fine (couple of days very fresh and delicious bananas). First night we were there, woken up around 5:00 am for an ice machine that kept running without end. In the end, I'd rather have paid more for a...

"Kitchenette had no table and chairs; no place to eat. Door latch was broken; a security issue. No hair dryer."

"Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable."
