Great Home for Golfers - 5 minutes to Apple Valley Golf Course.

A warm home with great kitchen, gas stove and large refrigerator. Back and front decks provide plenty of outside living with BBQ grill, bar and seating. Roku TV's in living room and family room. Come unwind after a day of golfing or experiencing the local attractions!

This house is located in the beautiful Apple Valley private community. It is ~3 miles from the award winning Apple Valley Golf Course, ~14 miles from Mohican State Park, and ~6 miles from Kenyon College. Other area attractions include Ariel Foundation Park, Velvet Ice Cream Factory and Indian Bear Winery among other great places to come visit.

Perfect!

Relaxing. Quiet. Spacious. Only minutes away from Kenyon which was perfect for Parents’ Weekend. Having two sitting lounge areas was great as it rained quite a bit and the lower living room had more space for 8 of us (our college kids came to hang out with us). The mooing of distant cows was amusing too!

Great Homebase for Golf

Eight college buddies got together for a couple of rounds of golf at Apple Valley and were exceptionally pleased with the house. It had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen welled stocked with cookery, and the grill was great for grilling lots of meat. We're all planning on returning next year, as the price was excellent for what we received.

Great house for a small golf trip!

House was very well kept and clean. Mark was very attentive with his responses and the house layout was great to hang out and rest during a fun weekend of golf! Very useful kitchen and a nice outdoor space to enjoy the nice weather!

Excellent Experience

My teenaged son and I came to town for a 3 day swim meet at Kenyon college (easy 10 minute drive). We found this home and it served all of our needs. It can easily fit a large family or group and has a fully stocked kitchen to get you through the basics of life. The home was extremely clean and many updates have been made. The property manager was very attentive, responsive and helpful in navigating access to the home and area. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet which was great for our early bedtime/early mornings. We wished that we had more time in town to explore the area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great getaway location

This was a great place to stay for our golf vacation. Lots of beds and great location just off entrance of Apple Valley. The house was clean and had patios on the front and the rear. Was a very enjoyable place to stay. Thanks Mark.

Nice location!

This house had the best of both worlds, close to stores and restaurants but no road noise and lots of birds and deer in the back yard to watch. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for a large family with 3 full baths and two living rooms ! It was very clean and the host was quick to help us with any questions. Thank you Mark !!
